Glen Mhor 1896 mentioned at retail

 

Here's an interesting find thanks to Distillery View. An advertisement for a Wine and Spirits retailer in the National Guardian (10th July 1896) that already mentions Glen Mhor and their representation. Despite the distillery not being officially opened, or having whisky.

That's quite ahead of the game and it show's the interest in the distillery and the influence that Mackinlays' could call upon, based on their existing retail contacts.
